With a simple machined hub sandwiched in between the two halves, you can have something different. With sizes from 16" diameter up to 21" diameter we can make custom wheel halves with simple yet stylish extruded holes in the tapered faces.

Our motorbike wheel tooling is extensive in what widths can be assembled to ensure the correct widths can be achieved for your bike. Our best example is the bike pictured below which at the time had the widest rear wheel in Australia. Steel halves were welded together and the wheels were laced with spokes by the customer for the look he wanted.
